THE 2021 HEMP LICENSE APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE HERE.

• 2021 Grower applications accepted Nov 16, 2020 – Mar 15, 2021.
• Grower License renewals due annually by March 15.
• Processor/Handler License renewals due annually by December 31.
• KDA accepts processor/handler applications year-round.
• University research applications accepted year-round.
• The KDA hosts an online application on that webpage.
• The online app includes a mapping function (auto GPS upload) and the mandatory orientation.

Anyone interested can view the 2021 Grower Orientation or Processor/Handler Orientation. These orientations are also part of the application and required for licensing.
