There are five license types, which can be applied for individually or combined: Grower, Harvester, Transporter, Processor, and Nursery.

3) Who can apply for an industrial hemp license?
Any U.S. citizen or legal alien who:
- Completes a Department-approved application
- Provides a Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card from AZ DPS (no substitutes)
- Provides proof of age and legal presence
- Submits full payment for the program licensing fee
4) How can I apply for an industrial hemp license in Arizona?

5) I have a license—now what?
Growers are responsible for sourcing seed/planting material and must file required reports:
- Pre-planting report before planting
- Planting report within 7 days of planting
- Harvest notice at least 14 days prior to harvest to schedule inspection and sampling
